Yes! All fully custom products come bundled with an engraving proof to ensure the product is up to your standard. This is not included in our "fill in the blank" type products, but can be added for an additional fee upon adding the product to your cart.

Changes may be possible if production has not started. Additional design fees may apply.

Production times vary depending on order complexity, quantity, and current workload. Most pick-up services can be completed within two business days of confirming your design, while shipped products will have a longer completion timeline due to delivery requirements. Rush services may be available.

Because custom products are personalized, completed custom orders are generally non-refundable unless an error was made on our part. Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, dates, and design details before approving proofs. Approved proofs move directly into production. Additionally, please double check any information you enter when adding our "fill-in-the-blank" style items to your cart. These items have a quick turn around and immediately enter production upon being received through our site. MADETOLAYER must be notified of any issues with the product within 7 days of releasing the product to the customer or after arrival to the customer via shipping to be considered for a return or remake.
